Requirements for Check-In:
Vaccination certificates must be provided at check-in. We require proof of shots be provided for DHLP, Rabies and Bordetella (kennel cough).

$2.00 will be added to bill if vet has to be called to verify shots.

For their own safety, all dogs must be leashed and all cats must be in carriers when arriving and departing the kennel.

Cancellation Policy:
48 hour cancellation notice is required. It is understood that in the event of short notice cancellation, when space can be re-sold, the customer will be billed for a one-day minimum charge. If not re-sold, customer will be charged for the full reservation.

Please note:
Thanks to our customers, our kennel space is in great demand. Due to space limitations, we would appreciate it if you reserve space only for the period you are sure you will be away. If you extend your stay, we will accommodate your needs, however, if you should return early, we will have to charge you for the full period reserved.

Special Service Charges:
$1.00 extra per day per dog for up to 2 medications (additional charges apply for more than 2 medications)
$1.00 extra per day per dog for special diet/custom feeding

You are charged for the day you bring your dog into the kennel but not for the last day if you pick up before 12 noon. You may pick up in the evening hours without a charge for the day if your dog is being groomed, otherwise full day charges apply.
